Volunteering Whether you volunteer several hours a week or just 1-2 hours all year, volunteers are critical to the success of St. Anthony Catholic School. Without volunteers, we would not be able to plan and execute all of the events scheduled throughout the school year. There are many ways you can make a difference. There are opportunities for everyone. It's a great way to get know the students, teachers and other parents. If you haven't already done so, please take the time to print and fill out the Volunteer Sign Up Sheet. It's never too late to volunteer your services. There are opportunities that fit every schedule. Some areas where help is always needed:
Two years ago, the Diocese of Charleston instituted a Virtus "Protecting God's Children" training program to create a safe environment for the children within our parish, school and community. All volunteers must complete this training program. If you have not, the next session will be held at St. Anthony Parish during the 2nd week of September. The class is free and lasts just a few hours. If you want to volunteer, please attend this class. |
